You can completely or partially cancel Rostelecom services without leaving your home. To do this, use any of the methods described in our article.
There are different ways to turn off your home Internet, all of them remote:
- by calling the contact center;
- using a special form on the Rostelecom website;
- in the support chat in your personal account;
- on social networks.
You can choose any method, and the general procedure will be the same:
- How to disconnect Review the contract to learn about the terms of its termination, payment for the leased equipment, and the procedure for returning it to the provider.
- Pay off the debt in full. You can find out its amount by logging into your personal account or calling the hotline.
- Prepare your passport. In some cases, you may also need a certificate of ownership of the apartment or an extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate.
- Review the termination application form. A sample document can be found on the provider’s website .
Temporary blocking
Sometimes you need to temporarily disable services, not permanently. For example, you are gcash data going on vacation, on a business trip, or visiting relatives in another locality. Then use the free service “Pause”. It allows you to temporarily block services for a period of 7 to 63 days inclusive.
There are different ways to activate this option:

Let’s summarize briefly and make a reminder:
- You can submit an application for termination through a specialist using any of the instructions described.
- You can contact the office directly, but it is better to check in advance where exactly the contract termination service is available.
- If you do not have MTS equipment, the trust review agreement will be terminated on the same day.
- If it is, you will need to take the router and the set-top box to the office or hand them over to a technician. Agree the date and time of the visit with the operator in advance.
