— Mikhail, tell us how the idea of a contact center came about?
— The idea came to me simply. Without any experience in this area, to learn and set everything up?
— It wasn’t just hard to learn, it was hard to fax list organize this whole thing from scratch according to the work scheme so that it would be convenient. I initially built the company as a remote one, and it was hard to organize all the work, because before that I only had experience in the office.
There was no such experience in remote work, so I had to organize all this in some inventive way, method. That was the difficulty, actually.
