— The idea came to me simply. The previous south korea email list 53142 contact leads business project had just been completed, so to speak, and it was necessary to do something else, roughly speaking, from scratch. Therefore, having researched the market a little, having conducted surveys, I realized that there was a great demand for the services of call outsourcing, call center outsourcing, application processing, database calling, and, in fact, I started doing what was in demand,

— When did you start?

— 4 years ago, that is, we started in 2016. Just somewhere in January.

— Interview with Mikhail Do you remember the first projects you had?

— Yes, I remember the first pr manager of smart group group of companies projects. It was a music school from Moscow – we processed incoming requests, incoming applications, closed for trial lessons.

And the second one I remember is that a Ukrainian company that was producing insulation mixtures for farms contacted us. We cold-called farms and offered them insulation for hangars, premises, etc.

Was it difficult at first Interview with Mikhail

Without any experience in this area, to learn and set everything up?

— It wasn’t just hard to learn, it was hard to fax list organize this whole thing from scratch according to the work scheme so that it would be convenient. I initially built the company as a remote one, and it was hard to organize all the work, because before that I only had experience in the office.

There was no such experience in remote work, so I had to organize all this in some inventive way, method. That was the difficulty, actually.

— I suspect that the most difficult thing was to control the employees.
